We hope you enjoy some issues, now yellowed with time, of The Saxon Chronicles from school years 1964 – 1968. The student produced newspaper began publication in December, 1964. Much hard work and long hours were involved in the production of our bi-monthly Ferris newspaper. Sports, new articles, and editorials gave variety and color to its pages. Whenever news of importance happened on campus or off, the newspaper staff was there with the story. For the 1967 – 1968 school year, Donna Tombari was our editor in chief with Greg Schuster our news editor, Mike O’Biren our sports editor, and Mrs. Sharon Mitchell our advisor. Our photographers were Ron Campbell, Jim Brown, Dean Carriveau, Steve Cochran, and Jim Salisbury.
