Pratt Elementary

6903 E 4th Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99212

Pratt Elementary was named for Orville C Pratt, a former Spokane Public Schools superintendent.   The building was constructed in 1958 and included six portable classrooms and office space.  In time, four more classrooms were added along with a multi-purpose room.  More classrooms were added as student population increased.   By adding more portable units, the school at one time held sixteen classrooms.  The Pratt school closed in 2007 and is now the home of Pratt Academy.
